Our story
All about clusters.
The same principle as server clustering: many small, independent nodes working together form one whole that is more reliable, more capable, and harder to break than any single node could ever be. ClusterTek is that cluster — a consultant, the tools he has built, and the IP that protects them.

The cluster philosophy
Every company ClusterTek has built runs on the same idea.
A cluster beats a single node
In server clustering, no single machine is the point — the point is the pool. If one node fails, the others carry the load. ClusterTek works the same way: consulting depth, productized IP (SWIFT Work Package Delivery™, byoLLM™), and government-validated delivery clustered into one offering.
Small pieces, real reliability
A work package is one of those small pieces — a bounded slice of a project that can be handed to the right node, proven in isolation, and swapped back in when standards change. Scale comes from adding nodes, not from betting everything on one hero.
Built slowly, on purpose
Every layer of ClusterTek was funded from revenue — no investors, no bank lines. That is why the brand, the trademark, and the US entity exist: a bootstrap journey that took two decades and never missed a payment.
The founder
Chander Krishnamurthy — a passionate consultant who has built three businesses in consulting.
Chander started as a consultant in India, where he founded bto consulting center (2004–2006) — a repeatable consulting model he sold after two years. That pattern — build, prove, sell or keep — has repeated in every venture since.
He has delivered 175+ technology projects across Australia, Bahrain, Canada, India, Malaysia, the US and the UK, building a network of 1,750 technically-sound professional contacts. He used that experience to build this business around tech consulting: ClusterTek.

The bootstrap timeline
How far one consultant can go without outside money — and where it goes next.
bto consulting center — India
First business. Chander launches bto consulting center in India, proves a repeatable consulting model, and sells the company in 2006. (A video of it lives in his Google Drive — the details are on LinkedIn.)
From India to the US
With the proceeds, he keeps consulting across the US, adding to the 175+ projects across seven countries that would later become ClusterTek's proof base.
Moved to Canada
The consultant becomes a Canadian — the base that ClusterTek still runs from: Oshawa, Ontario.
clustertek.ca founded
ClusterTek starts as a one-person tech consulting practice in Canada. The cluster philosophy — nodes pooling into one reliable whole — becomes the operating model.
SWIFT Work Package Delivery™ trademarked
The trademark was secured after an opposition and a sustained effort — and with it, the clustertek.com domain. IP that protects the work package method, not just the logo.
Government of Canada Stream 5 + ClusterTek America LLC
ClusterTek becomes an approved vendor of the Government of Canada under Stream 5 for project management services. The same year, Chander — now a US investor — incorporates ClusterTek America LLC (www.clustertek.com), conserving bootstrap funds to acquire the US LLC and buy the .com domain.
The AISP era — the first chapter that is not bootstrapped
The AI business built on the byoLLM™ (Build Your Own LLM) engine and the AISP model is going through funding. For the first time in twenty years, the growth is not coming from the revenue of the last year — it is coming from the model itself.
See where the cluster goes next
The AISP model — productizing expertise into a new, scalable monthly revenue stream — is the story after the timeline.
